Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. According to our refund and cancellation policy, clients can anytime terminate the project if the 'hired service' is not accomplished on or before time. This policy plan is also valid if the client cancels the project in between, with or without reason. Consequently, in both the situations, the client has to forward an email to cancel the project and can ask the claim for the money refund, in case the payment has already been made from his/her end.
The status of the Refund will merely be cleared and taken care of by the service management department and is endorsed on a case to case basis only. As per the policy, we do not provide the Refund of the advance amount if the work is already performed/implemented/ executed or done. The amount invested on the services would be credited back, once we deliver the work product to the settlement and upon originating of an invoice generated. Finally, and above, all the paid amount would assuredly be given back if you are not contented with the delivered outcome and be allowed to refund in case of any technical error, processing issue, false transaction, any threat of chargeback, or some specific fraudulent situation. It is also applicable against something which can prudently be considered being deceitful, illegal, unlawful, or in violation of the company’s outlawed items or privacy policy from our end.
Thereafter, all the end- users are expected to agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. And for information purpose, this policy may be renewed/update/upgraded at any possible time; therefore, it is asked to review our Refund Policy page frequently.
